Academia Nuts named Best New Musical at NYMF 2014

I am thrilled to share that my musical Academia Nuts, written with Julian Blackmore and Dan Marshall, was named the Play By Play Best New Musical at the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Our fabulous director Thomas Caruso was awarded the prize for Excellence in Direction, our actors Jennifer Simard and Alyse Alan Louis won awards for their performances, and the writing team received Honorable Mention in the categories of Excellence in Writing (Book) and Excellence in Writing (Lyrics).
